Abstract
The analysis of natural samples often requires a method with which it is possible to examine small amounts of sample. Further this method should deliver as much information as possible. Here we present first results of a new developed inductively coupled plasma (ICP) time of flight (TOF) massspectrometer (MS). Calibration studies and analysis of different reference materials were performed to optimise thedevice and to assert accuracy and precision.
