Abstract
First analysis of MOSAiC-ACA data reveals a strong impact of both, low and mid level clouds, on mean profiles and turbulent quantities. The example shows results obtained during staircase and saw teeth patterns over sea ice and open ocean. The good agreement of both methods opens the possibility for new efficient strategies for turbulence measurements in summer conditions with limited eddy size.
